Create a Taylor Swift picnic for the Swiftie in your life! These luxury picnic ideas are sure to be fun for your birthday, tea party, or event!
When a girl with a little ol’ DIY blog starts a glamping business, what’s she to do? Share all the deets, of course! This past weekend we set up a Taylor Swift picnic, and it was so much fun to put together.
Best of all, it let out all the girly energy I don’t have an outlet for when planning birthdays for two rowdy boys! Post contains affiliate links.
The birthday girl wanted a pink and blue luxury picnic with a Taylor Swift theme incorporated.
This day was insanely windy! To hold down the pink cheesecloth runner from the wind gusts, I started with the gold pedestal vase arranged with some faux florals in foam.
Next, I added six brass candlesticks with pink battery operated taper candles. Then along the edges, I placed several small blue votive holders with battery operated tealights.
Then, some little disco balls and gold butterflies. Glue dots work amazing to keep things in place!
The beautiful pink tea goblets are Pioneer Woman, and I adore them along with these fun gold paper straws! I think these goblets may find a permanent home in my kitchen.
If the party is taking place earlier in the day, we could set the table with teacups, as it could also lend itself well to a tea party!
For the flatware, have pink and gold set, but can also get high quality disposable versions like these!
These gold disposable china plates made great “chargers”, and these gold accented paper plates went so well on top. The napkins were purchased a few years back at Hobby Lobby, but this set is in a similar shade!
For the plate favors, we selected from this pack of stickers, and bought pink heart glasses! Then, in these pastel Instax frames, I inserted some printable The Eras Tour artwork.
The vintage picnic basket in front of the teepee holds antique candlesticks topped with disco balls, the pink birthday letter board from 5 below, and a pink floral swag. The teepee is topped with a dream catcher, and a bunch of disco balloons from Walmart!
The girls made friendship bracelets, and watched a movie on the big screen outside. They made amazing memories, talking and laughing together at their Taylor Swift picnic, and looked adorable doing it!
